Hey folks of BO, I'm here to look for some advice. I won two cards during the night for below market value. Combined they're worth MAYBE $30, and I won them for about 10 bucks. I wake up to find that the seller cancelled my two purchases as the cards were "damaged or out of stock."

Yet I emailed him hours before one of the auctions ended I check condition, and he said the card was mint. He has nearly 3,000 positive feedback, but this has to be bogus. Any idea how I go about either trying to get my purchase to go through or suspend his account? He hasn't responded to my message.

Thanks!

Unfortunately, there's not much you can really do. I suppose if he relists the cards, you can contact ebay about the listing but that will not guarantee anything.

Nothing you can do but leave negative. He had sellers remorse.

It's actually becoming a frequent occurrence. It happened 3 times to me this week. I've sent an email to eBay about the practice and apparently they're aware of it happening more often and are mulling over how to deal with it. They already have a reserve option on auctions and sellers aren't using it and rather using this loophole if they do not get their price.

Leave negative feedback for seller

Post the seller info here and leave negative feedback. It will take multiple offenses, but he will eventually have consequences. If a seller wants to gamble and auction then they better be prepared to lose on occasion, just as they will win on occasion.

Just move on and do nothing.

I just cancel almost everything on my ebay page that was ending tonight, since I will not be here to ship anything out.

The issue is that he cancelled after I won the items. Ha

Sorry, never figured out how to upload pictures on here. Let's just say that it's lucky for him you can't read it.

I feel that they should be readable so everyone can see what a clown he is.

Luckily I've got my monocle with me so I can easily read these.

Yes please leave him 2 negative feedbacks if it will let you since he cancelled two items you won.

In response to ironmonkeys comment above, the only way it is ok for you to cancel all of your listings is if they do not have any bids, if they have bids and/or winners then that's a bogus excuse to say "canceling auctions because I can't ship out the next day" ??? Maybe I misread something, and I know you joke a lot.

I think I did following once. Try to pay for the item. I think from ebay mobile app I did it in the past and it works even acution was cancelled. If pay and the qouted estimated delivery time is overdue, open non delivery case with ebay and put pressure on seller. When I did this, seller finally send cards out
