I thought 5K would be reasonable and then someone just put the hammer down on the BIN, if this is crossed to PSA 10 how much would that be?

I think it is using two different accounts to pump up dirk RC chromes and make them look like they are selling higher than they really are. Example being his original post saying a BIN of 7k was hit when it is obvious that it sold for half that price. I think that is what is going on.:confused:

This is how I feel about the recent run in Chrome rookies and Chrome refractors. The same run that happened on Chronology and UD black cards. A bunch of guy(s) buy them, make a mail day, hype them with a few more threads. Then a group of people jump on the train and suddenly you see a spike on eBay of these cards selling. The bidding is mostly guys on the site all going up against each other bidding.

Forward to a week later, and they are selling it on the BST and eBay once again. Initial guys make a profit, buyers lose money and the initial guys usually go back out there and pick them up cheap again. Rinse repeat the cycle a year later.

I'm actually a pretty big Gobert fan as well. Gorgui is the "guy who doesn't get enough credit because people don't care about defense" guy for the Timberwolves, and Gobert is that guy of the entire league.

To be clear, and back to the main finding of this thread...

The most egregious of OPs faults is owning, and using multiple user IDs - and especially within the same thread - to manipulate hype. Look at the threads I posted earlier. Difficult to argue with I think.

I don't know if it is immediately bannable, but having multiple accounts for the purpose of pumping stuff ought to be immediately bannable. Just my take.

I also noticed that Houdini posted a group break and has not updated the OP with all the entrants, so I'm working under the assumption that he's just busy. Not sure how many active mods there are other than Houdini and fish.

To be clear, and back to the main finding of this thread...

The most egregious of OPs faults is owning, and using multiple user IDs - and especially within the same thread - to manipulate hype. Look at the threads I posted earlier. Difficult to argue with I think.

I don't know if it is immediately bannable, but having multiple accounts for the purpose of pumping stuff ought to be immediately bannable. Just my take.

However, he did this same thing on hobbykings, using multiple names to constantly hype cards he had. These guys have stolen soooo much money.
