A few weeks ago tried to lowball me on one of my listings, and we could not reach a deal (despite his pleas of "fast $$$"). The hairs on the back of my neck were tingling, but did not block at the time... fast forward to this week when they make a reasonable offer on a new listing which I accepted.
Then I received a series of e-mails trying to get the first item at a lowball price again, and when I refused, a day after proceeds to send an e-mail claiming to be the buyer's wife, and that the buyer had a stroke (!) and to please cancel the first order. So pathetic, and so ridiculously transparent... I practically knew it was coming once I didn't sell him the other card. Block this lying sack of-

Every time you see the words..fast money or...fast paypal...you know a lowball is coming
You see it on here all the time. Especially in reselling threads and threads from people buying serial numbered cards

minor update: i turned off my UPI so i could manually open a NPB case after 2 days and got this email within minutes: "i told you my husband is in the hospital .. you don't have any feelings ??"
wow, her husband has a stroke, and she's more worried about a strike on his account than his motor functions, speech aptitude, etc. sounds like a real keeper, my wife doesn't give a crap about my eBay standing!
of course i want to write so many things back to this scuzz, but i'll remain silent, let the process play out, and he'll take his strike like a champ.
