I have seen a few people asking about the odds on blaster and many of us will tell them people only post the good stuff. (which is true) If interested please post all your crappy 2017 Bowman Blaster breaks here. What I would like to do is let people not to feel so bad when they get a crappy blaster. It happens more time than not. Here was my "WINNER" for the day.

My entire blaster had all base cards. the only two "hits" were a

Bowman Recollect Dennis Martinez
Aaron Judge ROTY insert.

Judge is cool and you could say saved my break LOL cause I am a Yankees fan, but no color at all.

So, there is my winner of the day

That's about every retail box I have ever purchased. :(

Title appropriate with most posts only being about hits

I wonder if there were a thread where people would actually post every break they do, or at least many (Good and Bad). I only imagine that we would see 1 in 20 Good breaks and 1:100 great breaks. Not complaining because every break can't be good but at least people could keep it in perspective.

For me, the Bowman blasters have been terrible, but the $6 fat packs have been great. I haven't hit many big names, but have pulled several autos and quite a few color.

I like bowman but i usually hold out to get boxes until chrome comes out...I got 4 blasters and 3 rack packs over the past month to scratch the itch when i wanted to open something but not break the bank.

Acuna Chrome purple /250
Jay Paper purple /250
Ibanez Paper purple /250
Mejia blue 70th
Altuve, Contreras, Gurriel Jr., and Bauers Silver /499
Greg Allen paper auto.

No big hits but it is a fun break and got an auto and some color! Hey who knows Greg Allen may become a viable 4th outfielder by 2021.

Last 6 hangers...one refractor.

Now I'll buy some blasters today and surely post here again!

These are what so many look like, we just never hear about them.

Bought a blaster last night.

No color, no autos, no numbered cards. Best card was probably a Gleyber Torres chrome.

Got a blaster and 3 rack packs. Luis Ortiz refractor /499, Brent Mayne buyback, and Christian Guzman buyback.

Breaks up a stretch I had of solid blaster hits.

I've opened a handful of 17 bowman, optic basketball, heritage and those Fairfield company football repacks. Not only did bowman produce my best hits by far but one card was my best retail hit ever.

The reason bowman is superior to other retail products in my opinion has nothing to do with the frequency of hitting autos (I wouldn't say bowman produces more autos than the next retail product) but the reason I like bowman more is you can actually hit autos of good players unlike most retail products that will give you autos of guys you never heard of or just worthless every time

I dont disagree that You can hit good autos or cards out of Bowman. But I think just as like in any other product the duds as far as making your money back (if that is what some of us are looking for) outweigh the good ones by far. Not complaining just keeping it real.

I was killed with heritage retail this year, but have done reasonably well with Bowman.

I agree with another poster: of all the retail, this is one of the better products. That being said, it's still retail and there are more duds than good breaks out there.

The first batch of retail I did was atrocious. I did about 4 blasters and 2 racks, and only got maybe 3 numbered cards out of all

Then I did about 6 blasters the other day and 4 had Autos in the. 3 of the 4 were also parallels.

As much as I have been hammered by Bowman retail this year, I do think the Rookie of the year favorites and Bowman Scouts 100 Inserts were done well. Not valuable cards but they have a nice look IMO.

My Blasters have been terrible too. I have purchased 4 and had a few color inserts, all but one on paper not the chrome and no big names. No autos either.

I have done a few blasters this year... fun break. Hit one auto of some kid i cant remember... it seems to sell for right at 20 so that is nice.

Lots of great names in this product.
