Bought a Bowman lot and didn't pay for a couple days. Messaged him and he wrote back about needing an extra few days until payday. No problem on my end, but of course that was the end of the communication and he never paid.
He's a seller as well and has been selling and listing, so he IS ALIVE! :)!
