Block ebay member jac_joha ASAP for PayPal chargeback

Cards delivered on Thursday and member opened up unauthorized charge claim through PayPal last night. No communication through eBay, went straight through PayPal.

Jace Johansen of Overland Park, Kansas. Dormant account from 2014 with very little feedback until the past month.

If it shows delivered you will be covered all you have to do is prove you shipped it in these cases.. There are occasions where its not the member who actually initiates the chargeback. Sometimes its the bank or the card issuer who does it for some reason or another.

As long as you have tracking you will get your money back and Paypal or a bank will eat it.
