Was searching ebay for 2013 Topps Chrome cards to add to my collection and came across this listing-

Anyone ever seen a listing like this? This has to be against ebay policy, right?

Lots of people do that. Against policy? I have no idea... but I've seen a million of those types of listings when people are looking for rare stuff.
