What’s Buzz-worthy: This small product is one that packs a ton of names and a ton of inserts and variety in most boxes — a total of four hits each time — while taking a look at baseball in places such as Billings, Mont., and Myrtle Beach, S.C. The Relics here include some serious surprises and we got a glimpse of that here with a Promo Night game-used jersey Relic (see gallery for details on what Team Jana Night was) along with a piece of the pitcher’s mound rubber from one field as a Fragments of the Farm Relic. (That set continues to be a gem. (https://blowoutbuzz.wordpress.com/2017/05/17/durham-bulls-steak-incentive-sign-finally-gets-topps-baseball-card/)) Other inserts look at prospects awaiting the call, unknown people with interesting stories down on the farm (Ben’s Biz) and some simple parallels that are pretty rare and found in a bit more volume since the print run for a product like this isn’t as big as you might think. Also in play is a short-printed Tim Tebow base card that’s been big money (https://blowoutbuzz.wordpress.com/2017/05/25/tim-tebows-first-official-milb-card-is-a-short-printed-scorcher/). All in all, it fits the formula of the past for this product and hits the mark — only drawback is that this collector would like to see more cards and more inserts in the product, something that would make it more fun when ripping. The printing quality and stock here is arguably better than the flagship product, too.
