Cards stuck. How to solve it?

I started opening some 90's packs. But the cards are pretty stuck. Is there any way to solve this? I don't have a lot of experience opening older packs. I tought I may as well ask before I continue opening them.

So you put the cards in the freezer for how long?

And then they just pull apart, good as new?

Has anyone actually tried this? I always heard this but it's never from anyone who has directly tried this.
