The pick this time? A box of 2016-17 Panini National Treasures College Basketball. (http://www.blowoutcards.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1036_1039&products_id=12640&utm_source=Blowout%20Buzz&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=Blowout%20Buzz)
If you’ve ever wanted to try a high-end box without paying the full high-end price, this is one to consider while also remembering it’s all about stars in their college years. With some luck, you could land a card that pays for the box easily at its “Mega Sale” price and there are a number of hits per box that help add up to fun and maybe dollar-sign potential. It just depends on who/what you get. NBA legends’ autos — Oscar Robertson, Magic Johnson, Hakeem Olajuwon and more — can be found here along with new rookies’ autos on a number of card types along with creative memorabilia cards and booklets. You might even find a Tony Gwynn game-used basketball card with a piece of a uniform from way back before he was a Hall of Famer in baseball. One of those alone will be a money-maker if you find one.
