Colorado Rockies pitcher Chad Bettis’ comeback from cancer on Monday night didn’t net a victory in the record books — but the cardboard just might help do that.
Topps‘ newest batch of Topps Now cards includes autographs from the right-hander and the proceeds from the sales of his cards will go to Stand Up to Cancer (http://www.standuptocancer.org/).

Bettis’ standard card is limited to just 99 copies and costs $34.99, while parallels include Blue (/49; $59.99), Purple (/25, $99.99), Red (/10; $199.99) and Gold (/1, $1,499.99). His standard card will only be available for 24 hours and will be printed to order after the window closes. Those are $9.99 with a quantity discount available. All of these cards are only initially available via Topps.com.
Bettis was a second-round draft pick in 2010 and has spent his entire five-year career in MLB with the Rockies where he’s recorded a 23-19 record with a 4.91 ERA and 281 strikeouts in 377 innings. He went 14-8 last season.
