Which country issued this card, what year is this, am I correct in assuming the brand/product is Znak Magic Basketball? Any additional information on how it was issued?
Looks like Shawn's as confused as I am there on the back.

Znak is a polish company that publishes magazines. I'd bet this came from one of their sports titles.

Yeah... oops!
Cool card Abra!!! I really enjoy some of the oddball releases, especially from foreign countries. It really helps to illustrate just how big of a global phenomenon the NBA became in the 90's, especially after the Dream Team in 1992. Everybody wanted to follow the NBA and its stars, then go outside or into a gym if possible to play the game themselves. Now, the NBA has such a vast wealth of worldwide talent to draw from, which is a good thing.
My final takeaway here though, is that the Lakers need to focus on allowing less punkty per game this year. Thanks Poland!

yeah, that's right, this tear-out card is out of the polish Znak Magic Basketball magazine, (guess it's from 1997) similar to "Basketball USA" (Germany), Bravo Sport (Germany), 5 Majeur and Sports Action Basket (both French) and a lot of other magazines.
Those cards are pretty tough to get nowadays especially in relatively good condition, congratz

Definitely looks like a magazine made card, with the tear away edges ala Sports Illistrated For Kids.
I wonder if there is a Rodman.....

Technically he did commit and go to Kentucky. But, he never played a game for Kentucky because he was declared ineligible his freshman year, due to failing his SAT test (twice). He then got into some trouble and transferred to a community college in Texas. He also never played a game at the CC. He spent a semester there before he declared himself eligible for the NBA draft and turned pro.
