Kinda wild but checking current standings 5 teams could be looking to take QB in the top 5-7 picks ? (Browns, Giants, Broncos, Jets, Arizona) then you have teams that would like to take or find a QB in Bills, Skins
49ers could get some serious trade offers if they stay at the #2 pick and trade down. Wouldn't shock me if this is like the 2011 draft where teams will reach on QB

Don't know how anyone can say Cousins should be paid as a top 3-5 QB in the NFL. He's not nor will he ever will be a top 10 QB. Washington would be best to let him walk and draft a guy and let some other team be the sucker to overpay Cousins on a massive deal they will be wishing they never made in 3 years.

Wouldn't put it past Dan Snyder and Bruce Allen. Popular opinion with the Redskins local media is that they won't get a deal done and Cousins will be tagged again.
In all honesty, Kirk is a good QB but I wouldn't put him in the Top 10 conversation. He compiles a lot of stats as we've seen tonight but the true big games and big wins just havent been there

This was my main point, the Redskins are a mess with injuries right now, I am glad the Cowboys did take care of business with them. With their O-Line situation being as poor as it is, I am surprised that Cousins hasn't been hurt yet…. Irving nearly took care of that though lol!

What a trash game.
What annoys me is that until the Cowboys are 100% eliminated from playoff contention, they will remain an "A" topic in the national sports media. I'm keeping the TV off until Sunday.

If the Redskins are really interested in signing Cousins long term they need to consider how many hits they are exposing him too. That Irvin tackle was the type of hit you do not see to often any more.
Hopefully the Giants start sending it in this week.

The Cowboys are always an "A" topic, even if they stink. Ratings are the game and the Cowboys are always the winner. :o

Obviously he did not intend to hurt him with that hit, but man that was really violent for his era of Fabergé QB's. I haven't seen a QB get whacked that bad in the pocket since McNabb was with the Eagles.
They've had some brutal luck with injuries on the OL this year, Trent Williams is walking wounded (he should get his knee worked on now at this point), Morgan Moses has multiple leg problems all at once and he just sprained his ankle pretty badly last night, Spencer Long had tendonitis in both knees (now on IR), Brandon Scherff has a back and knee problem and Shawn Lauvao had a nasty stinger to knock him onto IR as well.
That's their starting five and all of them are compromised or out. No team can survive that in one year.
Hopefully the Giants start sending it in this week.
Starting Geno Smith sure looks like the white flag is up, I bet the Cowboys see Davis Webb though.

I get that. It's just frustrating that it takes airtime away from teams that actually matter in terms of the playoffs.

As a Cowboys fan, I do get tired of everything that happens with them being directly involved with being front page news. At the same time, a lot of the teams that are winning this year are kinda boring.

Sack! ... Bills!
Too many missed opportunities in the first half for a team like Buffalo to over come I think. They are still in it thanks to their defense. As long as they can keep the defense fresh and the offense doesn't go in their bad habit of 3 and outs it'll be a ball game. I do like how they incorporated plays for Webb to keep New England off balance but you got to make that wide open throw to Cadet down the middle. Its one of the easiest throws to make but no one on Buffalo can seem to make it on a regular basis.

It's just time for Caldwell to go. Predictable. Never readyHe is gone after this season. That is the one positive to this Sh## show. He was only extended so he wasn't a lame duck this year. Quinn will can him immediately after this season.
On another note Stafford may have mentally broke. He has looked awful the last few weeks. Missing throws, bad ball security, not recognizing defenses. After reading the article about his wife saying he puts the entire franchise history and pain of the city and fans on his back it makes sense now. He is folding under the pressure that he shouldn't have on him in the first place.

If so I agree it's not ALL his fault but he has played bad this season in the biggest moments when they had to win. The team has played bad all around but if Stafford is playing his best they can overcome most of the other issues. We seen that in his 8 comeback wins last year. I agree he genuinely wants to turn things around here. I just think the pressure he puts on himself due to his huge contract and expectations from feanchise and fans is breaking him. It shows in his play. When he is loose and calm he is almost unstoppable. We have not seen him play like that this year. I truly feel bad for Stafford. I like the guy and would love to see him succeed. A part of me would have been very happy to see him go to another team and get a chance to win a championship.

Yes you understood and yes some of this is on him, he hasn't played great. The line hasn't been healthy at all. He is always playing from behind with the D letting people do what they want. Absolutely no run game.

Remember when him and Winston were the leading the new quarterback club. Both have taken steps back this year and will need to make some big improvement next year to deserve a big second contract. They were both assumed to be franchise guys, now I am not so sure.

The Packers hold a touchdown lead or less most of the game against a 4-7 team while the Vikings have given up 3 field goals in a close game with a 7-4 team that was in the super bowl last year- That adds up to the Packers coming back and taking their playoff slot?
So the packers are winning again and Aaron Rodgers is throwing again. He should be back for a playoff run. Vikes struggling against Falcons. You can't make this stuff up. Packers and Rodgers are poised to come back and spoil the party for the Vikes yet again! Lmao

If the Eagles beat the Seahawks today, Green Bay will be a game behind the Falcons/Seahawks for the second Wild Card and tied with the Lions (and potentially Cardinals). Yeah, but you still need help even if it's only a game back. Several teams would have to have a bad stretch to end the season for the Packers to win out and reach the postseason. If I am a fan of the Packers, I would just accept that it's a lost season personally. Why risk a re-injury to the player that is basically the team. I've been in the same spot as a Vikings fan, so I totally get it, but they aren't going to do any damage in the post season if they make it anyways in my opinion. They are too shaky on defense and their offensive line.
It's crazy to think we could have a 3 way tie in the AFC West at 6-6 with the Chiefs, Chargers, and Raiders after today. Also crazy how bad the Broncos are.

Right, if the Broncos could have only somehow won even just one more game, they'd still have a decent shot at the division crown, haha
Rams TD pass on on 4th and 1.
