Hi everyone,
After seeing a few threads about tntnorthnj on eBay selling counterfeits, I decided to look through my past purchases and see if I had any encounters with them. I purchased the attached Peyton Manning autographed mini helmet, and although it has "official holograms" I can't seem to find any place I can actually verify them. Anyone have any knowledge where I can look up and verify the serial numbers provided? Thanks!

I would avoid just based on the seller. Too much shady stuff from them. Plus why buy anything from a shady seller. They should lose business based on what they do.

Yeah I hear ya, but I bought this one before I was a member of this forum and knew about all that. Hoping someone knows where I can actually verify these things.

Yeah my bad, I can’t read. But hopefully some of the Peyton guys on here can help out.

Certainly not the expert in Manning's autograph but I have a dozen or so. That said it looks off, that combined with a lack of an online database for the serial number leads me to believe it isn't authentic. From what I can see those holograms are affixed alongside a Mounted Memories/Fanatics hologram.

Would be fairly easy to leave the credible holo from MM or Fanatics and peel the Manning holo and affix it to another piece. Hope I am incorrect however I wouldn't touch this.

Probably not the best way to start off a convo tagging a known counterfeit eBayer - so I brought that on myself :)

A better general question would be the best way to look up these serial numbers that are on the holo stickers; am not really sure where they come from.

Signature looks right to me. I know nothing about Peyton manning personal holograms. I have a few helmets signed by him, but only a topps s certified wi holo, everything else in person.

I’ve seen a lot of Peyton auto’s over the years and have owned quite a few... that said, it just doesn’t look right to me. Not saying it’s fake — maybe he was in a hurry, or the helmet gave him trouble, I don’t know, but it doesn’t look right to me. If I were in the market for a Peyton auto’ed mini-helmet, I wouldn’t buy it but that’s just me.

Thanks for the replies everyone! Definitely a bit perplexing to figure out how to verify these darn stickers. I can see some differences between other sigs throughout the years, but some of the details around the slight “t” curve and “g” trail looked consistent. Obviously would love to know where to plug those numbers into, but at the very least could remain ignorant and assume it is real :)
