I’ve had this card in my collection for awhile and I’m perplexed on the value and actuality of the card. This ultimate game jersey patch states in beckett it should be serial numbered but I don’t see any stamps or numbers and there is no autograph versions of this card that I can tell so I’m assuming someone just had joe sign it then it was authenticated by psa. If anyone can help me out on value and if it should be serial numbered or not I’d appreciate it

It’s possible as everyone says psa nor bgs is perfect but even so is the whole card fake because there is no serial number to be found and this card when looked up should be serial numbered out of 25

Auto looks good IMO, he had a small area to sign in. As for the card, it's as you say, a patch card, autographed afterwards. UD usually numbers their autos with an "A" after the numerals and there is no area for the athlete to sign.

might be backdoored

It's not back doored. UD has never had Montana use a sharpie on cards. It's just a patch card that someone had him sign in person. IMO the autograph is 100% real.

Ok so the auto is real which I thought it should be but why isn’t the actual card serial numbered out of 25 because this particular card only has 25 copies I think and all his other cards from 03 ultimate are numbered depending on subset jersey or auto or what have you but this card no serial number just perplexes me.

May have been a replacement or just, simply, an error that missed getting stamped. I've got an '04 Ultimate Collection jersey/auto that should be serial numbered /25 and it's also missing the stamp.

IMHO.... Pack Pulled (back then) then somewhat recently Hand signed (card show, meet and greet event etc) and then sent to PSA.... Not actualy pulled or factory issued but kinda of a custom made authentic auto's card.
Good luck

So does the auto give any additional value to the card since it’s not factory issued or is it just for sentimental/collection purposes or does the auto decrease the value since it’s not a factory issue.

Auto looks good, and yes, it should add value to the card.
