I Need Some Dynasty League Advice

So I am currently in a dynasty fantasy league, where my team is in the process of rebuilding. I took the team over last year and am still currently trying to rebuild. Before each season, teams have to drop down to 29 players. As it stands right now I need to drop two players from this list, but I don't know which two to cut loose. I already have 10 others that were clear drops. With that said, who do you guys think I should drop from my current roster?

Question 2: I have the 5th pick in the draft and solid free agents are few and far between. I have been contemplating taking Fernando Tatis Jr in the 1st, but I'm not sure if that's the smartest decision. Over the last few years, a lot of guys in the league have been taking prospects, so if you don't jump on them early, you'll miss out. Outside of Tatis, some of the other big FA out there are:

Rhys Hoskins (going to be gone by my pick)
Matt Olson
Tommy Pham
Eddie Rosario
Austin Hays
Scott Kingery
Forrest Whitley
Bo Bichette
Alex Reyes

Outside of those guys, the FA class is extremely weak. I'm thinking if Olson somehow squeaks by to the 5th pick, I take him instead of Tatis. I know Tatis is young, but I'm really struggling with the SS spot right now and there's not much out there in terms of FA, so the only real way to grab a solid guy would be to get a prospect (Tatis). Out of the guys I listed, which would be the most logical to take in the first round?

The league is 12 teams, with two types of scoring; head to head matchup to decide division, but also rotisserie to decide the overall ranking. It's 7x7 cats

Get rid of Thames and Asdrubal. No point whatsoever in keeping either

As for the draft- When you're rebuilding in a dynasty, you have to go best available early in the draft. Guys change positions so often now anyways there's no point in worrying about positional needs with prospects. I'd take the guys you listed in the following order, all else equal-

Is Thames going to be the starting 1B? I was worried he'd be out of a job after his awful 2nd half last season. Also, how do you rank Kyle Tucker among those others? I like his odds of getting playing time at the end of the year/beginning of next year.

Also, Asdrubal is my starting SS, so I kind of have to keep him.

Guessing Thames will start, but he's not a keeper for me. Had a nice first half, but no reason to hang onto him

Do your league rules say you have to keep someone from every position? Cabrera isn't terrible, but he's not much of an asset, and I don't think him being your only SS is a very good justification to keep him. Dump him back and draft a new SS. Worst comes to worst you can just take him again, but I see no point in keeping him

Tucker I'm not entirely sure on. Could see him being anywhere between Tatis and Hays to between Rosario and Kingery
