League just formed,it is free atthis time. Im new to commissioner roll,and keeper league. so if any one would like to join and help run league that would be great.

I'm in for now, just one question on keepers. How many and are there round penalties or any penalties on the keepers?

5 keepers. Im new to keeper league. so not sure how normal settings would be
