I am at my Wits end. I have used My ebay account off and on for years and have never truly been a "seller" Yet when I repicked up this hobby I soon found myself in need of unloading some unwanted pulls. I have never seen a company do such a drastic 180 like this before! I have since sold 30 items on ebay and have received feedback from 13 people total of which I have 3 negatives. 2 of these 3 are from the same non paying bidder who litterally freaked out on me and told me to F off  then Neg'd me and left 1star on all options with both feedback negatives/ This has since lead ebay to restrict my account for unacceptable buyer satisfaction stating my shipping and handling fees are too high!
Worst Part about this entire situation is that the NPB Marine3079 has 1. cost me FVF's , listing Fees , etc. 2. Not Received a NPB strike yet nor can I leave him Negative Feedback and bad star ratings to describe my experience with him 3. Created an image to Ebay that I am a horrible person and need to restrict my account for 30 days.
also , they closed all my active listings and kept the listing fees and buy it now posting fees.
I really hope a David comes around and knocks Goliath on his ass Because he needs it. Sellers are the slaves of Ebay. We need to revolt and start a revolution! :flex:

You said he didn't pay but you could not open a dispute? If you can show he did not pay to ebay they should reinstate you. You would get back your fees but have to
re-list your items.

This is what ebay is coming to! Yesterday I lost my powerseller status cause my shipping and handling rating was 4.4. Ebay has turned a 180 and I am more likely going to be sending more cards to checkoutmycards.com and only concentrate on Sterling for Ebay. During the new couple of months I am going to be changing my templetes so my shipping charges can look for buyer friendly, so it looks Ebay has won by black mailing me to lower my fees.
Now on your situation.....when you sell a card, after 7 days file a non bidder alert, then after 8 days close the dispute. If they never respond they can't give you feedback. Your situation above confuses me, can you explain more.

Same here. I lost my power seller status because of the same reason. Thats total B.S. I charge $3-3.50 S/H in the US & $3.50-$4 Internationally($12 registered mail for higher dollar items). Buyer don't take anything into consideration when it comes to Shipping (& Handling). Sellers have to pay for supplies(Tape/Mailers/Pens/Paper/etc), Gas, Time. After FVF's and Paypal Fees we are lucky to break even in shipping costs. And now Ebay warns you before you list your item saying your shipping costs are excessive compared to others in your type of listings. Give me an F'ing break. Everytime I sell something of Value and look at the FVF's i cringe. I just sold something for $900 and they took $36 in FVF's????? WTF for? Total BS!!! And now they are going to lower listing fees and raise FVF's??? Sorry for the rant.

Ok so I am not the only person getting this.......did you hear about the new selling points......THEY WILL NOT ALLOW SELLER TO SELL WHO HAVE A FEEDBACK OF UNDER 4.4! Look like we will have to offer free shipping soon and then the will KILL my bottom line.

I have opened the Dispute against him and he hasn't responded nor has the feedback been removed. I tried everything to please this guy and he litterally took advantage of me everyway he could. He made outrageous demands regarding Shipping, tred to negotiate after he won the auction at certain price, Then double negs me and 1 Stars all the options with both negs! Ebay doesn't seem to worried about it as I have written several emails to trust and safety and just general contact us / every response is pretty much the same already pre typed response stating I will be restricted for 30 days and re evaluated!

I did open the dispute but the dispute process is kind of a moronic thing in my opinion as it doesn't seem to get the job done and isn't resolved very quickly , also when they restricted my account they closed 17 listings and kept all fees associated with the listings.
every ebay seller needs to be careful out there! its getting harder n harder to turn a decent profit on ebay~

Ok the feedback gets reversed when the dispute is closed. So if you can close the dispute. Like I said, do it in prompt time, if I do not hear from a buyer, or they are acting like an idiot, I file the non bidder alert after 7 days, then after 8 days I close it. If they never respond to the alert then you are home free, if they do respond then hopefully they already have 2 strikes and will be removed from ebay.

Speaking of....I am still waiting for a payment from an auction that ended on the 15th of August. I haven't contacted the buyer yet. I can't until I go home. I will give them until tomorrow and if payment isn't made I will file NPB.

What if he has responded? he has played the NPB Dispute like fiddle pretending that he was trying to pay all along and was going to shortly but has yet to and I know he will not. Does this mean his feedback stays? Hes Had so many problems in the past that other sellers have emailed me since the transaction stating what happened to them when dealing with him. Whats crazy is he is a seller himself and has prolly had this happen to him so I don't understand why he would do it to someone else?

Well if you have other sellers emailing you with stories along the same lines. That info has to be passed along to ebay. Also you need to try to get someone one the phone (probably easier said then done) to plead your case. Canned email responses from ebay support, probably located offshore, will not get this resolved for you.

Lol............omg you are killing me man....plead his case....omg with ebay.....lol I have a better chance of dating a supermodel........wow....thank you for my laugh of the day!
Listen everybody, this is what you do with ebay scum. You wait 7 days, file a non bidder alert, if you do not get payment after 8 days, close that dispute! They can still pay you, but this way if they decide to respond to that dispute they could leave you feedback, so if they don't respond to the alert close that dispute asap.

I HATE EBAY!!!! They are the Most lopsided company in favor of buyers out there! They allow the buyers to do whatever the #@#@#@#@ they want! I closed the NPB Dispute and 2 strikes were given to this #@#@#@#@#@#@#@ when ebay reverses the Strikes given for whatever reason! I still haven't gotten paid and his feedback is still there screwing me over! So I get my fees back, so what? my damn credibility is screwed and I looklike the bad guy! I hate ebay sooo much , I cannot believe how horrible they are!

Sarcasm Is for the lonely.
I just can't believe How bad it really is. I mean I read the posts here about the Horrific experiences but it really doesn't translate until you actually get screwed yourself. I Hope to warn others with my experience but my experience is so similiar to everybody elses that I doubt they would blink. Plus they have us by the balls because most of us receive our income thru ebay sales of cards (granted it might be a second income, or side hobby) . Its almost like the Uncle who molested you but put you through college. You have to hate him but He did put you college... F the bay.

Guys is anybody else noticing that this is the worst stretch of selling stuff on ebay ever? My sales have been dying, this weekend I posted my rate 99 cent auctions and the stuff sold for less then 50% that it should have, is the market this bad or is it ebay? I know last night that guy who posted his 1500 game used and auto lot barely got $1500 while it should have gotten a lot more. Is it beacause of the recession, people fed up with ebay, or is it just summer?
