Would you send these off? Ovie / Patrick YG

Recently got back into the hobby (mainly baseball but a little hockey) and came across an Ovie Young Gun I pulled back in the day. Never was into having cards graded, but I am about to send off a Vlad Jr Auto and thought maybe I’d send off these as well.

Thoughts? I’m guessing it’s a “may as well” situation in that it’ll be something definitive or worst case, they sit in my PC and I have a nice new case for $15?

Both of them look minimum BGS 9. I would guess Ovie would 9 and Patrick would 9.5 based on the pictures. Either way Ovie is still a good grading candidate even at a BGS 9.

Thanks for the reply, DC. Not up to trusting my gut as of yet. Almost ashamed that I had forgotten about Ovie being tucked away

Since you live in Northern VA you can go Blowout Cards retail store and ask for James. He can look them over for you and tell you if you should grade them or not. He will also send them to Beckett for you if you like. I have Blowout take care of all my grading needs.

Yeah, that’s my new go-to shop for sure :) All the folks in Fantastic Store have been overly helpful. Matter of fact, he is the one that looked at the Auto I have going in.

I was going to take my son in Friday before going to the Caps/Canes game and thought I might bring these two in for their next group submission.

Sad that my Canes are likely going to be outside looking in for the playoffs, but we’ll still be the idiots in the away team jerseys cheering them on
