I don't know how many out there use CC as a payment in paypal but if you have a Chase card linked to it you may want to see if you will earn 5% cashback for this:

Awesome! Is that for the Freedom card? If so, I have the same but didn't even realize this was out there.

It is, I rarely use their cash back program because the categories are useless but finally they have a good one.
Just don't forget to ACTIVATE the bonus category before using

I got the email for the offer for my Freedom card on 3/21. Already activated when I saw it included PayPal.

I usually use atm at gas because it's cheaper overall for me (including 5% back) but the percent back on gas can be good.
Never thought of that retail to buy gift cards. That makes a lot of sense, going to start doing that now.
The most often I use it is if they have Amazon or Home Depot

This card definitely isn't useless. I just racked up a decent amount of cash last period just for paying our phone bills and cable bills with it. Got 5% back for that. And now this quarter you get grocery stores and paypal. Very underappreciated card.

You guys don't travel do you? Ultimate rewards are amazing for travel and always take advantage of them.
Quarter spending is very applicable to most normal people isn't it? Grocery stores. Restaraunts. Gas Stations. Etc

I utilize my IHG, Marriott and Delta AmEx for most of my travel points. Just closed out a Disney and JetBlue card after clearing bonuses on those and will reopen in the 18-24 month window allowed.
We opened a Capital One Venture last month and are currently clearly the bonus on that.

Nice dude, love churning and easy churning opportunities like the freedom this month. Went on an almost month long honeymoon to Australia, New Zealand, and Tahiti and used points for about $20000 of it so saved a TON of money.
Sucks how much they're all devaluing as of late though.
