After a couple years, RG's legs should be well healed and ready to go. This will be a good time to get his pocket game going and rely less on those brittle broom sticks he runs around with.

Don't see upside here. No thanks he is at the age of too many serious injuries without doing something. I wish him luck but would have looked at other options for sure.

Yea one has nothing to do with the other . To me they have same skill set and I’d prefer kap at this time .

The correct answer to that question would be that RGIII doesn't have a significant other who is stupid enough to post a picture comparing Bisciotti to a slave owner.

I agree. Missed significant amount of time throughout his career. I'm sure he's in great shape, but I doubt he's a very capable QB anymore. Strange signing IMO.

Wow. Awesome news for him.
It feels like a blast from the past even
though its only been basically 2 years away

Agreed. I just read that RGIII was the last Browns QB to win a game. Wow.

If I was still in to football I could muster a chuckle at the signing. Instead it's just a meh.

Seriously. And it's not like RG3 wasn't a distraction at times either

He really wasn’t a distraction. In some ways I agree with Shannahan but from RGIIIs view he was tired of being clobbered and wanted to become a pocket passer.
RG3 has a shot at starting some point this season. Flacco barely has anything left in the tank
they should turn him into a slot receiver

I've been an RGIII fan since he lit DC up in '12. People like to hate just to hate, or they are bored or they hate their own lifes, who knows. I am sincerely rooting for this guy. He as skilled and in my opinion, less injury prone than Sam Bradford (dont get me wrong I am a fan of Bradford), more skilled than Bortles, but has not received the chances those other QB's have gotten. I hope he has had the opportunity to season and continuing to learn from starting QB's allows him to lit up a city one day

The Ravens have no backup worth mentioning till this signing. He’s not there to replace Flacco. He’s there as a hopeful #2 if he beats out the other nobody they have. He’s there to fill in if Flacco goes down again.
The ravens need to draft another qb, but with Ozzie leaving I don’t see that happening till 2019 when they get a new GM. RG3 is a cheap signing to give the fans something to talk about and fill a hole.

He will more than likely be cut before the regular season.
Ravens will draft a qb in the late rounds this year and maybe pick up another backup.
A lot can happen between the draft and the end of training camp.
Depending on how he does in camp/ who else they have/ how things go, like i said, good chance he doesn't even make the team.
