I’m a Cowboys fan and watching them play the Skins was a rare treat with Taylor and Roy Williams terrorizing offenses. That Pro Bowl when they decided to both actually tackle was awesome.

I’d have a hard time enjoying that these days knowing all the brain injury stuff, but at the time it was great watching their old school approach to violent tackling.

I know certified and Zenith have pro jerseys off the top of my head maybe Rookies & Stars and then classics has a base and patch version of his College jersey. none of them pop up for a decent price very often but if you have to have one there is always one or 2 listed for a high bin

I remember pulling his SP authentic black rookie. I think it was numbered to 10, I followed his career but I had a buddy who loved the Redskins so I just gave him the card. I hope he kept the card because it must be a monster card now.

Oh yeah, most definitely. I have friends all over the country and just look at my post history for the oodles of Threads I’ve created, pumping up Derek Carr, Carson Wentz, Nick Foles, Todd Gurley, Deshaun Watson, Mitch Trubisky, Brady Quinn, and Ryan Leaf cards.

But as far as your conspiracy goes, that’s a big no. I’m just a big Sean Taylor fan and am heavily intrigued by this card. Do you also know who shot JFK and where Area 51 is?

Yeah, the price kinda stopped being believable about $6-7k ago.

I get that it's truly a one-of-a-kind card (for the time being, and that's the key) of a deceased player with a huge following and few autos out there, but $12k+? I can see maybe $5-8k on the high side, but you gotta believe there's going to be more and more of these, likely from both Panini and Leaf, as time goes by.

Literally the cards you could buy with $12k....that's what makes it so unbelievable for me: multiple Exquisite MJ Bulls Autos, or this card. Authentic/low grade 1952 Topps Mantle, or this card. Nearly any other football card you could possibly want, or this card. Crazy
