COMC - purchased mislabeled card, can I get a refund?

Just curious to what your experience was in asking for a refund on a card. I do most of my buying on my iPhone, so this morning I saw an Acuna mega box PSA 10 card for a decent price so I bough it. When I got card in my inventory I looked at a close up scan and realized that the card itself was a base
Chrome,however the PSA label and the comc listing both stated it was a mega box refractor. Of course I’m upset and tried emailing comc (too early to call right now). How likely is it that comc will refund me? Thanks I’m advance

I purchased a mislabeled card/listing and had no problem getting a refund. Just contact customer service.

Had a similar issue. Was given the incorrect card and my money back. Granted it was a nothing card but its more then I could have asked for.

I believe this card was purchased from me. Just relist at your purchase price and I will buy it back.

I wouldn't be surprised if COMC already took care of him...he probably just forgot to come back and let everyone know.

you positive? sometimes the megabox refraction doesn't scan well.
