I sold a NT Tatum patch the other night. Buyer paid right away (had 0 feedback) and then I got a message from ebay saying the buyer is no longer a registered user we have cancelled all bids do not ship the item. My question is has anybody ever received one of these messages before? It looks like the buyer just wanted the card and deactivated his account. I am I being scammed? Any feedback will be appreciated

I've had this happen after the buyer paid and i shipped the card. I never heard anything further with it....happened a few times to me in the past. Not sure what its all about.

Same here just means ebay suspended them for some reason. What is strange is even after they pay when ebay diea this they refund you fvfs.

Members cannotjust deactivate their accounts(90 days after last transaction), but not all suspensions are bad things either. In my cases the item had already been shipped, but nothing ever happened. If you have not shipped you can choose to refund or send. You are still covered through Paypal the same either way.

I get one of these about twice a month. Usually they suspect fraudulent activity and shut the account down. I had one person once go thru and buy 8 separate item individually all on different accounts. I could tell it was the same person just because 2 previous sellers left feedback automatically so I just sat on it. 3 days later I get the have you shipped? Please ship asap! message on 1 of them, I sat another day and watched all of them 1 by 1 get closed down over the next 2 days lol it was a thing of bueaty lol

Probably a purchase from a stolen CC.

I got this on an iPhone I had shipped out about two hours after it left the mail, I was furious. I was able to track it down and reverse the shipment after a huge fiasco. Then eBay had the nerve to stick me with the $40 listing fee until I dealt with that, good times.

Bottom line, hopefully you didn't ship it yet.
