Does eBay remove listings without telling you?

I have been on ebay for a long time, I thrift and I have over 700 items in my store. I've noticed lately it looks like I have less clothing then I actually have, well over 300 pieces, so I started going through my stuff and searching my active listings and A LOT of my items aren't active.

When things expire, 30 day BIN, I relist them, or I "sell similar" and change it a little, etc. Things fall through the cracks once in a while, but I have already found 20+ items in the first 50 items I've checked aren't on there.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this?

Nope. I've actually just started going thru my listings, updating, lowering prices, adding items etc. Been thru about 150 so far and all are still there from 4 months to 2 years ago.

Check your unsolds - I know I've deleted some that I thought I check marked but didn't when relisting.

My only three items just disappeared from my listings. I called Ebay and they had no explanation. The items had just been listed the day before. I could not find them under ended auctions. So, they're gone without a trace.

Shoes will often disappear especially usef ones.

I would agree if it wasn't so many items. From time to time I'm sure I accidentally delete something I thought I relisted, but it is quite a few items. I have about 40 sport coats in my inventory, everything has been listed and only 17 show up as active. Just frustrating as clothing is time consuming to picture and list.

If you check the app, they seem to keep multiple "expired" listings and you might be able to get them back that way.

Many times they just remove shoes for no reason when they think they are being sold into the fetish market. Certain terms will trigger that, "Worn" is one. I have had some pulled that all I said was used, but I did have Skater in the title which is another keyword, as I found out from later research. However these were Osiris shoes which are considered skater shoes. When they remove them they typically just remove them without saying anything.

I occasionally have listings disappear and I've always assumed it was me screwing up. Now I wonder.

I had multiple auction items disappear last week for a while. They reappeared in my listings a couple hours later. I have never seen that before. They seem to be changing/messing with a lot of stuff lately.

I'm having items I won disappear entirely from my Unpaid items and Unpaid invoices pages.
