Wanted to put this out there to get some opinion.
I have a league that’s been around for a few years and unfortunately, my team just hasn’t amounted to much in it.
I’ve rode Arenado since the beginning and nothing to show for it. There’s a team who’s desperate to win it this year and I’ve been offered
Ozzie Albies and Vlad Guer Jr for Arenado.
I guess the question is would you guys take it and use them to rebuild?

If you want to commit to a rebuild, that’s a good start. But don’t do that trade and nothing else, if you’re going to rebuild, commit to it

i think that is a garbage return...to be honest...
you can trade arenado and get some younger players that are atleast proven some...like albies is having nice season but already slowing from hot start...and vlad jr hasnt proven a thing...
if i am trading arenado im getting MLB level young talent that can explode in future....like Gleyber and guys like that...or young pitching too...like a Nola...i would want a package like that...Gleyber/Nola and then even like an Albies or Vlad Jr also...you have to realize how good arenado is...to give him away for a couple young guys just cuz they are younger...eww
at the same time...Arenado is only 27...i honestly think this would just put you further back in competing....he is a sure fire young in prime 1st rounder...and gonna trade for Albies who is under .250 now on the year...showing that hey he might not be as great as he seemed just 4-6wks ago...has really slowed...
and then a prospect who is a total wild card basically
to me...that is not even remotely enough to give up a 27yr old top 5 hitter in fantasy
you would need albies to bounce back and be what he was in apr/may for years to come and need vlad jr to be all he is hyped to be...which is 50/50 probably...

I'd ask for a young pitcher and those two. Arenado is a legit top-5 player in baseball and young enough that he has a long future there still.
Albies, Guerrero and a top level young arm is definitely a good return IMO. Nola like mentioned above, or someone under the age of 25 and already proven a little though, don't go after a Forrest Whitley type that hasn't hit the majors yet.
