Seriously, that Maddux 2-seamer. If you told me the video was altered/fake I would believe you... it's that nasty.

While all 4 pitches are disgusting, Maddux's two seamer looks the most like a video game.

What's worse is the catcher sets up on the outside corner to further fool the hitter.

If you guys haven't seen the GIFs of Touki Toussaint's fastball and slider from Sunday, check them out. Pretty nasty stuff.

Side note: Check out this thread he retweeted, where Trevor Bauer explains in great detail how he (Bauer) helped Mike Clevinger sustainably increase his velocity. Great stuff.
