edit: 7/26/18 - https://youtu.be/clisLXO5ssY video on their dishonesty
Bad eBay sellers: svthayes and philosophy234
brief summary of these dishonest sellers:
svthayes sold me a defective MJ BGS 9.5 autograph on May 18, 2018. The slab is broken and allowed the card to move around within the slab. This resulted in corner and edge damage to the card.
As of July 2, the original seller svthayes still denies that the slab is broken and claims that I'm seeing things that aren't there. svthayes also still denies that it moves within the BGS slab. I have clear video and picture evidence that shows otherwise.
svthayes tried to diminish my concerns until I tell him I have video proof and recorded the whole thing.
svthayes then states that he has bad eye sight and that he believes me.
svthayes had refunded me thankfully but resold the card the same day he got it back on June 20. svthayes still did not list the damage in the description nor show that the card moves within the slab.
svthayes also tried to get me to pay for the return shipping during this whole process as he claimed the eBay return label got messed up and he's unable to send me one through eBay messages... right.
svthayes sold it to philosophy234 for $350 plus shipping. philosophy234 resold it July 27 for $750 plus shipping.
philosophy234 also did not mention any damage or movement of the card within the slab.
svthayes states that he sent screenshots of our conversation to the new buyer, philosophy234, that explain the situation and why I returned it.
svthayes however said he deleted his messages with philosophy234 and can’t prove to me that philsophy234 was aware of the situation prior to the purchase.
svthayes claims to be in the military probably trying to get some empathy. svthayes also tried twice to advertise a sports cards store during the return process.
Over a 2 week period, July 4 - July 16, philosophy234 ignored several of my messages before finally threatening to report me for harassment. It took him 10 days to respond to one message and 3 days to the other, neither of which answered my questions. All philosphy234 had to do was honestly answer yes or no questions stating that he did or did not know about the damage, and did or did not mention it to the buyer. philosophy234 would rather claim harassment than spend 1-2 minutes answering 6 simple yes or no questions.
Do what you want, but both these sellers seem highly dishonest and seem to lack any sort of integrity.
Thanks for watching and/or reading! :D

So as some of you know, I recently returned an MJ UNC Exquisite Auto #36/99 BGS 9.5, 10 auto of MJ passing the ball seen in this thread:
https://www.blowoutforums.com/showthread.php?t=1217142
The original seller (in South Carolina) received the card last week.
Anyway, I returned it because the card itself moves within the holder and now has severe edge damage at the top and some corner wear. The edge is definitely not a 9.5 anymore!
Well this exact card was just listed today by a different seller (in Minnesota). No mention of this damage. No pictures showing that the card moves within the holder and is actually damaged now. The picture used hides this damage and also shows the card perfectly centered in the holder. Very deceptive, dishonest, and horrible.
Just a warning to all of you. This card is not a 9.5 anymore!
