Hello guys, I'm debating whether to submit a few rare cards to PSA in person at a future show for grading. Does anybody know if there's a place where I can write the minimum grade I'm willing to accept? And if PSA decides it's worse than the minimum grade I wrote I'm willing to accept, will they just not grade the card and I won't be charged? Thanks for explaining the process.
