There is no way of really knowing. Usually they come out on Wednesdays there was a 15% one yesterday

Of course I broke down and bought new tires ($133.98) for my ATV last night. Then today I get a $25 off $119 purchase. I am thinking of cancelling and immediately repurchasing from the same seller, although they already marked as shipped. Any ideas on how to figure this one out?

So, I won some items yesterday, but it won't let me apply the $15 coupon? Does the item have to be purchased today? Usually items in your cart are fine with other promotions

Depends on the promotion, some do some don't.

If its already paid for and shipped the seller will end up paying more in fees especially if there was a shipping charge on the items. It would be up to the seller in the end to cancel it.
