So I just sent my first (and second) orders ever into PSA - all Brady rookies. I haven't gotten them back yet but I'm putting together another order and would appreciate feedback. I am obviously new to this. I have this Quantum Leaf that I think looks perfect but it's in a Mint grading holder. Would it be better to send it in as is and ask for a crossover or should I break it out first? I also have a couple others like Absolut and Collector's Edge in BCCG holders. I didn't know if people have bad luck submitting competitor's holders to PSA.
Thanks for any help.

Not sure how they would grade it in the end, but I wouldn't think they would mind you sending them money to regrade it by them. Most companies like getting new business :)

Why does the card look bent? Strange angle or something of the bottom right?

Yikes, when did mintgrading.com go out of business? It's just a generic landing site now.

"Mint Grading, where we call all of your cards "MINT!"

But in all seriousness, I'd be personally embarrassed to send it slabbed like that and would take it out before submitting.

Just don't ruin the card when unslabbing, it's an art form, so look it up on You Tube as a tutorial to crack cases, the last thing you want is a shard of cracked plastic penetrating your card...

Yeah, just the angle of the picture. Definitely not bent.

That's my other issue. The card is such an extreme difference in values. Maybe $300 in a 9 and 2k or so in a 10. Not sure if I should make my first attempt cracking a card on this one. I don't have another card in a Mint holder so I can't even practice...
