I tried searching for a thread with answers but couldn't find any. Does anyone have any experience with mailing into Panini for missing content? I had a case of product where 3 boxes were shorted a hit so I had to send in the case UPC along with a few other things. I can confirm by my tracking info that Panini has received it, but I'm curious what my turnaround with actually hearing from them will be. Anybody have any experience with this and what I could anticipate? This is my first non-redemption situation dealing with their CS.

This area, not redemptions, is Panini's biggest failure IMO.
They don't communicate one little bit, and a year later you will get a $2 /299 patch or some auto of a guy who was on a practice squad for 3 days.
Over the years I have had missing content a handful of times, and talked with others about this too. It's clear Panini assumes your missing content is essentially worthless. Even if the rest of your box was worthless too.
Redemptions- there are success stories if you are persistent. But missing content- I myself have never heard anything positive.

Oy, well. I'm very prepared to deal with their CS. We'll see if that gets me anywhere....Unlikely.

Thanks, I already have gone through the entire process of submitting a request and mailing it in. I'm curious as to what happens now, how long I should expect this to take, when I should even get acknowledgement that they received it, etc

As much as I loathe Panini, and I really do, this was one area where they pleasantly surprised me, twice.
Once I opened a case of product and was missing 3 hits total, another time I opened a case and was missing 6 hits, including 3 hits from 1 box. Both times I sent in whatever they asked for along with letters with my "wish list".... not specific cards, but a list of what I was missing from the set I was working on. Both times, surprisingly, they sent me what I wanted. And I don't remember exactly how long it took, but it wasn't very long... definitely not redemption length waits.
Give customer service a call (good luck with that)... you might catch someone willing to help.
