Huge difference between the two. Moore was driving by himself with light traffic at 3am. Phillis' accident was at 11am and not on a highway.

You can't even compare the two.

People drive 100+ everyday. I would imagine a good chunk of the members have on this site as well. They all wont admit it but they have.

We are going to have to agree to disagree on this one as there are a lot of similarities.

These athletes are not race car drivers and have no business traveling at that rate of speed on any street regardless of the time of day.

He's very lucky the outcome only ended with a ticket.

but realistically at that speed cop was only following him for about 30 seconds before getting him over
