Yup can't go wrong with Brady. Cards are starting to get up there. All #'d Gem MT RC's are crossing over $1000 . Aaron Rodgers a safe bet, just looking for him to really break out.

Brees is probably the hottest sale right now, lot of people scooping him up.

It looks like Jimmy G is cooling off now, you can get a RC AUTO for cheap. There's always a breakout rookie and who knows maybe Eli's year this year with those weapons of his.

When does it stop? I mean Rodgers is probably the most physically gifted QB to ever play the position. He makes throws no other QB has ever made and his accuracy, TD to INT ratio, all outstanding. He will never fight Brady and Montana for GOAT but given the right circumstances, he could be 3rd. Kinda like MJ/Bron and Kobe are all mentioned in the same breath. I still think if a Brady BC RC refractor with a PSA 10 POP 7 (same as Rodgers TC refractor) is a 40-50k card, and a PSA 9 is 10k, then Rodgers is more than 12-15% of Brady. The gap is too big, either Rodgers, Brees, Manning, Roethlisberger TC RC refractors jump, or the Brady drops, and I don’t see the Brady dropping.

If Rodgers can put together an MVP level season I think we see these settle.in around the $1500-2000 level for 9s. Not sure where 10s are even at right now.

I think all these other guys will keep increasing. Football market has been soft seems like compared to other sports. Now Brady stuff has been taking off so I think we'll see these players cards start rising as well.

I would say topping off would be 1 more super bowl and one more league mvp.... then a raw/Psa 8 I could see at 15k

Otherwise so long as he plays well for the next 3-4 years I see steady gains to where it may sit at 5-6k.... now I’d probably say 4K is about right

When this 9.5 sells it blow the roof off bgs 9.5s and Psa 9s will see a surge since no more bin will be available for the 9.5

2400 seems stupid now..... if Rodgers plays a healthy season and wins a playoff game people will be sorry they passed

Would agree, especially if it had a CHANCE to cross to a PSA 10, but the centering is simply too far off side to side. It’s a nice card, but he’s firm at like $2300 on it, and with the less than stellar centering for the grade, it’ll sit.

it doesn't really have anything to do with crossing over...... it just has to do with the fact that a very popular card is no longer available on ebay; period. with no competition the next seller can list a bin at 4k...... sellers at shows can prop a 3500 price tag on it and say go find one cheaper (the reality is you cannot)

with the amount on ebay bin over the past 2 years the card hasn't had the chance to be idle. auctions went low because so many bins were available. it just held down the ceiling because there was no urgency; there were a good amount available.... when bins started hitting at 1300 then 1600........ people panic....... now people are reluctant at 2400 thinking no way is it worth that much

all of a sudden someone buys at 2400...... the card is worth at least 2400 next time barring injury or terrible play..... and there is no longer a ceiling on the card. these instances are unique and come up every so often with certain very popular items. bgs 9.5 pop is like 60-65 which is very low for a modern chrome card of 1200-1500 estimated print run.... and psa 9's pop is like 70ish i think... 10 psa and bgs total is like 10....... so we are talking about only 130-140 psa 9/bgs 9.5 or better grades out there.... it may seem high but that pop report is very low (only 10% or so)

the card isn't getting younger and at 13 years old it will only be harder to find moving forward

And mine once. 24/25. Sold it at the 2017 National. It's not my style to really regret much as the decision at the time is usually rooted in logical thought, but this is the one card of the hundreds I've sold since that I shake my head at. Not so much about the increase since but that I thought this rise was coming (as evidenced by my overall '05 AR collection), yet still moved it.

The condensers 1/1, I remember seeing something about it years ago. Someone posted a worth point post or something similar.
