Could you imagine the price for the Ultimate Durant logoman? Those boxes are all but dried up too.

There are 2 accounted for in the 2002 UD logoman. There is one more left from what I know publicly.

And I believe I have never seen the Exquisite 05-06 dual logoman of Jordan and Julius Erving.

That Exquisite case break on Blowout TV was crazy cool. No LeBron hit but the $25k price tag for the case almost seems like a deal now.

I think as social media becomes more and more prevalent and older collectors who aren’t tech savvy are dying off, more and more of these cards are going to surface. I think the allure that these monsters are in unopened wax is justthat... allure. Price of unopened wax will plummet once people realize the best card they can pull won’t pay for half the box price.

Vintage wax is a good hold bc condition is key there, not rarity.

The biggest possible one to me is always the 1997-98 E-X2001 Essential Credentials Now #1. Another possible one is the 1999-00 UD Retro - Inkredible Level 2 of Anfernee Hardaway (AH). Both are 1/1's.

I also believe that there might still be some Wilt Chamberlain autograph cards (both regular and parallel versions) sitting inside the packs, from both 1999 UD Century Legends and the 1999-00 UD Retro.

About 50% of all 2009-10 Topps Legendary Laundry Tags & Logoman's! Which is about 50 cards each give or take...


Now because of Jeremy Lin(sorry, meant that Curry powder guy), the prices of those boxes are currently up, but they will come down when his hype comes down, and therefore then you will see people busting these boxes, and uncovering the laundry tags & logoman's.

I don't think that many are still in boxes. There's a collector that hoarded quite a few and doesn't actively post. Between Photobucket, Facebook, and worthpoint, I would guess most can be accounted for. This is why I was trying to jumpstart a community-created database for rare cards about a year ago.

I actually believe that not all copies Wilt pack-pulled autograph cards have been pulled yet (1999 UD Century Legends - Epic Signatures and 1999-00 UD Retro - Inkredible), both regular and parallel versions. :o
