1996 Ultra Rising Stars (Printing Issues)

Anyone ever notice that on the back there are major printing flaws, mainly dots and speckles.

Would love for you to guys to take a look at yours and let me know if you see anything!

Some of the ones with the Blank fronts also have that problem. Were those inserted into packs?

i had a very pretty grant hill full foil that had a factory flaw where it got stuck in the printer. took a long time to find a true beauty , so many have no foil. yes that's how they came in the packs, no foil. bad on fleer.
