I just had an order of over 750 cards from 25 or so sellers including a few accepted offer disappear into space. I am a little frustrated to say the least.

Anyone else having problems? I know plenty of them were from you guys on here

Did any of you guys get orders from me a couple days ago?

I am super frustrated. I go through and find about 100 cards I need to fill sets, then I go back and max out cards to save on shipping from the sellers that I have cards already in my cart. 700+++ cards just gone. At least they aren't paid for. But I would love to have my cart back.

Ugh. I just figured out what I did wrong. The new purchase screen is confusing and I went to the right and clicked order. I was doing it on my phone and didn't see the popup in small print that said I was deleting my entire 700+++ card order. I'm so pissed right now. I go through every card I need and compare prices from Sportlots to COMC to Beckett and also eBay. Then I pick the cheapest option. Like I said, I had over 700 cards in my cart and I screwed up and deleted the entire order.

Hopefully the owner of the site can figure out a way to pull that back up for me. It benefits him the sellers and me. Seems like win, win win.

Contact Sportlots, and see if he can help you out. I have a feeling, you might be out of luck though.

I hate the phone/tablet app. I lost a ton of sales because on the app they do not, or did not have a request a total from the seller button. Selling comics I combine shipping and because the button didn't, or doesn't exist, most people moved on thinking I was over charging on shipping!

I hate the new ordering interface. A simple order acknowledgement notice would suffice. I almost did the same thing as the OP on my last order. I kept tweaking my order after I thought I was done. Finally at some point I just let it sit, and waited to see what would happen. When I started getting cards the next week, I finally knew my order went through.

There used to be an acknowledgement message sent out, as well as a screen would pop up to show the revised on hand balance. Don't know why that stopped.

Just heard back - not good news...…

"If the order was deleted by clicking through the warning pop up box it is gone. The inventory is restored back to the sellers account so cards can be re-ordered."

Thanks for the effort. I guess I will have a few busy (and boring, repetitive and frustrating) nights ahead of me.

Oh well, it's my fault. The problem was in the mirror.

If you see any cards that I have out there that you need (vogs22 and vogs59), you can always make an offer if it is lower on COMC/Ebay/Beckett. I am pretty easy to deal with :).

I got this message today. But my PayPal hasn't been charged so I am still not 100% on it.

This is showing up as processed on our end. Let me know if
this is still an issue? Sometimes there can be a delay in
how long it takes PayPal to communicate with us to let us
know that payment has been processed.
