They need some WR badly.
You can't put everything on Cole White Lightning Beasley every game. The kid can't do it all out there.

Yup, get rid of Dak, and go ahead and give the Super Bowl trophy to Baker and the Browns.

Went from one of the best O-lines to one of the worst.
Zero offensive weapons. Zeke doing boneheaded Zeke things.
Not saying Dak is the next Joe Montana, but as it sits right now he's in a very bad position to succeed.
Add to that a dysfunctional front office system that trickles down to the coaching, and it's no bueno.
They need to spend up at receiver during the offseason and get him a weapon. He needs a security blanket.
I'm honestly surprised Twill has basically been a decoy this year. 3 targets thru 3 games? Is he playing with a sprained testicle or something?

2019 QB class going to be pretty weak. Make Dak happy give him 3 year 60 million ext with 20 guaranteed gives Cowboys more time to decide if they want Dak as future and Dak security

As long as that idiot OC Linehan is around, it does not matter. He wasted years of Stafford's career and now he's wasting years of Dak's.

Overall the front office has not been the issue and a lot of the problems rest with the coaching staff and player execution.

I think we all know Jerry has had a history of taking issue with headstrong coaches though. Garrett fits his puppeteer/yesman quota nicely.
Soon as you sever that tie, I think Dallas can begin the healing process. But we all know it's going to take a massive disaster for Jerry to push that button. They've been underperforming under this regime for over half a decade.

Cowboys desperately need Travis Frederick back. Plus a legit tight end and a #1 receiver. Just a few holes to fill. Lol.

Jerry has given more control to the other front office staff and Garrett. It is really hard to blame him when he has allowed others to do their jobs.

If Garrett had been able to keep his ego in check, this season would have been Romo's swansong and Dak would be taking over next season after spending all this time learning behind the best QB coach this team has had since the 90s.

I want to think that but his body was breaking down quickly. I think 2016 or possibly 2017 would of been it. Romo took so many hits while carrying the team that his career was shortened.

I wish it was that simple this go around. We all want to blame him but he is allowing his staff and coaches to do their jobs. If anything we can fault him for being loyal to Garrett but I can understand the history behind that decision.

Barring a career ending injury, Dak with be the QB in Dallas for a couple more years.

If only Wentz would have a season ending injury so his card prices will go down... oh wait, that didn’t work.

its a shame that the world never got to see just how good Romo was.....by the time team leadership finally started building a quality o-line and team around Tony is body was breaking down. Too little too late Jerry

Is that where Josh Gordon worked?
That’s a hilariously serious question since he sold cars on his suspension

#1: Re-sign Dez to a 1 year prove it deal- as hard of a pill that is to swallow people still had to respect him. OR Try to pull off a trade with Denver for Emmanuel Sanders
#2 Trade for either Cameron Brate or OJ Howard....a mid to late round draft pick and one of our Defensive Ends should get it done.
#3 Make the Earl Thomas trade happen, I don't care if you have to give up a 1st round pick and any receiver not named Beasley or Tavon Austin....get it done.
#4 Sign Matt Moore now (He is a free agent and would cost nothing to sign to a team friendly deal)...not to start but a solid backup with starting ability if Dak continues to smolder ( I would release Cooper Rush in a cooresponding move, I feel Mike White is a better QB)
#5 Send a day 3 draft pick for one of these three offensive lineman (Ryan Groy from Buffalo, Brian Swenke from LA, or BJ Finney from Pittsburg) I feel all three of them would constitute an upgrade over Joe Looney and they have position flex being able to play both Guard and Center.
Those are my 5 steps to fixing the Cowboys...Flame on!

Your probably right. Maybe Dallas can stock Washingtons vending machines and send a bag of chips for Vernon Davis
