First you have to check your email or ebay messages to find if you have the offer.

Then you have to activate the offer so that you can earn bucks.

Since you purchased an item yesterday, it may not qualify for bucks. Ive heard conflicting reports from buyers. I always thought you had to win and pay for an item AFTER activating the bucks offer for the item to be eligible.

I believe you are almost certainly correct. The only gray area I have heard of but haven't tested is, that you can activate offer, purchase during promo period and pay after the period is over and still get the bucks. My understanding was that you had to purchase and pay during promo period to get bonus, but I have heard on here that paying after the promo period is possible too.

@daeve is right. You would have only missed out if a coupon code promo had come out today. Those coupon codes can be used on things previously purchased and in your cart.

No, if you purchased yesterday, you do not get 10%. You get the normal 1%. Your purchase has to come after you activate the code and during the stated promo period.

I am hoping you are right. I have quite a bit in my cart purchased yesterday that is waiting on a coupon code. That is one benefit of buying from PWCC or Probstein as they allow you up to 7-10 days to pay. Normally, this is to combine shipping, but in the last month of a quarter holding onto items in your cart from these guys isn't a bad strategy as coupon codes typically fall once per week. This month seems to have been light on coupon codes though. I am hoping for one more before the 1st of Oct.

I called ebay and they told me that they choose people randomly to send them the offer. You cannot get the offer unless they grab your name out of a hat. Has nothing to do with when you purchase anything (according to the bay).

I would think so too, but how certain is anyone of a coupon this weekend? Just won one card for over $25, and have my eyes set on another tomorrow. Have a feeling though that a coupon for better than this ebay bucks promotion will be coming. Plus the same seller I won from tonight has another card ending in two days I want and not liking the feel of paying double shipping. Also don’t want to miss out completely if there is no coupon.
