Donovan Mitchell Contenders 'The Finals' redemption

I am thrilled I finally received the card in the mail today after submitting it back in February but not thrilled with the condition.

The bottom left corner/edge on the back of the card has about 1/8 inch of white and the back bottom right corner has a ding in it.

Any suggestions on how to handle this? I am appreciative that I received it but hoped it would be in better condition.

Contact them and explain yourself. It’s sealed in a magnet so kinda hard for them to blame you for the damage. It’ll probably take a while to get a replacement though.

I wouldn't take that #@#@#@#@. That's an awesome card and you should be writing and calling Panini to replace it. You have nothing to lose and I'd do everything i could to shame those bastards. I've always liked the look of the Noir cards but never bought any because the condition of most of the cards i've seen suck.

List the card as "DONOVAN MITCHELL PLAYED FRISBEE WITH THIS CARD DAMAGE = EBAY 1/1!!!!"

Thank you for the recommendations. I gave Panini a call this morning. Spoke with a very nice rep that was completely understanding. Emailed pictures of the damage directly to him. Sending the card back to Panini and I should have a new one in hand next week, since they have stock of it.
