The Magic held an open practice at the Amway Center tonight. They allowed season ticket holders to sit court-side for it and it was amazing!! I've sat close at games before and even though this was a practice, it was incredible to be that close while the players were out there going through drills. Every time my 8 year old son called out one of their names, they came over and high fived him (I actually was able to snap a pic of Gordon saying hi to him). Great night, and can't wait for the season to start. Here's some pics........also the autos I was able to get :)

He was out there going 100% I asked him how his ankle was feeling and he said "Don't worry, it's 100%"......then proceeded to throw down a monstrous dunk.

How is Aaron judge in Orlando tonight and playing in the wild card game tomorrow? Very irresponsible

Everybody was out there playing and Mo Bamba is insanely big.......like, he doesn't look like a real person. His length is mind boggling up close. Oh, and T-Ross looks great. He said he stayed in Orlando training and conditioning 5 days a week since the season ended.

Yeah TRoss has been posting his workouts on social media throughout the whole offseason. It's great to see.

I met Mo Bamba the other week when he he was doing a commercial shoot at Rollins College. He is without question the most unique looking human I have ever met in person. Feels like he is 8 feet tall with those long limbs!

i couldn't tell if this was sarcastic off the other thread or if he was really balling after leaving a game. please confirm.

That's great news! Was not able to attend last night; looked like they were great with fans.

My father-in-law works security at the Amway Center and had to show Mo Bamba where to enter the first time he arrived there. He said he is absolutely massive and has the biggest hands he's ever seen in his life. I can't wait to see what he can do in the regular season!

I live in Altamonte, work in Longwood, and then work part time at Rollins at the gym and for sporting events.

They've come a long ways, the Magic has, with the season ticket events. I had season tickets from 2007-2009 and thought the season ticket holder events were lackluster at that point. (Dwight Howard refused to sign autographs for anyone, including kids... whereas Vince Carter was one of the nicest NBA guys I've met)

Glad to see it is much better.

I can confirm via Orlando media on Twitter. They were there and said he was moving as if he wasn't injured.

It was a really inocuous ankle roll that happened on Bambas foot actually. I think he'll be fine.

Very cool. I've taken my son to a Magic game the last 2 years (Magic vs Heat y1 as it was spur of the moment trip and Magic vs GS last year as GS is his favorite team). Had great times each time and will likely go back this year. I think he wants to see the 76ers or Celtics this year.

I used to be able to walk there, and did so alot when I visited. You just ask Neil about Nick from Chicago haha I used to be a giant pain in his a$$ when I was a kid. Hed even let me sort cards for store credit if it was a rainy day and I couldn't do anything else
