Redemption advice?

So I redeemed a code for a 2015 NT treasures of the hall inscription auto of Bill Russell. The card is /10 and I believe is supposed to be Bill’s first ever inscription auto. However, I redeemed the card about three years ago and haven’t seen anything past initial request. Should I keep waiting or see what panini can give me? I just don’t know if the redemption will ever be fulfilled since Bill has signed other cards since then
