Bought the Same Sketch Twice

I'm a big fan of Bregren but was a little surprised to get a duplicate from him.

I was wondering why these were selling for less than $30. I found out lol

I am a little disappointed, I've seen this stuff a lot from other artists but never Bregren. I still think they're both great sketches and have no regrets buying them!

I do believe that set still had the 'repeat' rule for artists. It only lasted a few SW sets thankfully. Dan would be the guy to ask though.

Yeah, Force Awakens was part of the time where artists had to do duplicate sketches. Artists sent in samples, Disney approved the artists and sketches, and then the artists had to make duplicates of the approved samples.

Part of Disney's attempt to improve sketch quality (and probably make the approval process a lot easier for themselves), but the downfall was collectors got only duplicate sketches and not much variety.
