We're almost done with Week 2 and there's hardly any movement with 06 FB going up while some products are heading south.
Not that I'm panicking but just wondering, since we're in the season already, how many weeks in will it take for 06 FB to move (up)?

I think some of the 2006 rookies need to do something before these cases/boxes go up. So far, Addai and Mario Williams are the only ones that I know of that have done well so far.
Exactly -- Bush is tanking, Leinart has not looked that good, Vince Young rebounded a bit but still needs to do a bit more, Maroney is not a factor, Jones-Drew looks like a bust right now, and Norwood/Jennings/Washington/T Jackson all are insignificant. Not a good start. Let's hope things turn around. I think V Young alone could reverse the trend and it could happen soon.

Bush has been a dog and will be sharing time with Duece the rest of the year. I'm really liking 07 product upside vs. 06 at this point. The 07 class had another solid outing yesterday.

Don't forget Cutler is lagging also. Still hoping the sophmore jynx won't get them all!

2 games into the season, and LT hasn't done anything either.
Had that receiver not missed the ball late in the 4th quarter on 3rd down for the Titans, I'm sure they would have beat the Colts with a field goal. Vince would have looked a lot better then, and it was a good throw.
Leinart's doing well. He could actually be 2-0 right now. The Cardinals are actually showing a little promise. Something they haven't done in a very long time.
It's early yet guys, but rest assured, it will come.

That's what I'm thinking even though it's worth just checking in with you guys to see if we're on the same page.

If the 06 products drop, all that means is that it's time to take a stronger position on them.

Leinart was AWFUL in game one. He looked a lot better this past week, and I do believe he will develop into a great NFL QB, but c'mon -- he is not "doing well" overall -- at least not yet.

I guess I should say doing well "considering". When he came to Arizona, they were terrible. That being said, knowing they were close to being 2-0 in just his 2nd year in the league, I think speaks volumes.

Those SC guys are mostly hypes...you see more solid UCLA guys in the NFL the last few years...

I am looking forward to your next NFL prediction so I can do the opposite and make some money.

now is the time to jump on 2006 fb. if you want to make money you dont buy something when its hot. off season is usually the best time but you have to "sit" on it for awhile. when something is soft during the season like 2006 prices can & will go up in a matter of a day. for sure long term but a lot of 2006 product is a nice short term buy as well...

Festus has it right. You should be thankful that the 06 class is off to a slow start. It's like an extra opportunity to get in on this stuff.
LT always starts slow. (Remember, he does not play in the preseason.) It may not be till October that he goes off, but he will.
I don't even know what the line is, but bet against SF vs. the number this weekend. They are the worst 2-0 team in the league. The number will be inflated because of their record and because the public loves them. The under might be a good bet, too, but it depends on what the total is.
Unfortunately, they are playing the Steelers, who are also not as good as advertised. I wouldn't lay 9 to Pitt at all in this game.
LT played against Chicago and NE. He will be fine.
Good points about 06. Problem is, it isn't really going down any.

most of it is stagnant but that should be considered a good thing. it shows that everyone knows it'll climb. sp authentic is down a bit however to 1800 a case. i believe chris had it at 2100 a month or so ago. contenders down to 1650 from 1800. bowman chrome 850 from 900. lotsa bargains...
