That doesn’t make sense. How does the buyer saving 15% negatively impact him? If anything he might get more today then tomorrow.

Why would he do that?????? eBay is the one who "eats" the coupon....right? Meaning sellers are still getting their full price and eBay is paying the 15%

Exactly, I’ve made a couple of offers this morning on items I couldn’t get to a deal on before. Gets the seller closer to what they wanted, without me funding more than my last offer. Hopefully it’s enough to close the gap.
(Update, it wasn’t. 0/1 so far. Will be happy if I can get to .500 though.)
