New Panini App Not Logging In?

Anyone else having issues? Keeps saying error, try again. Know its not the password because it gives different verbiage. Anyone been able to login since the new update?

Checking it out as a guest though, it looks at lot nicer.

I Updateed the direct and logged in easily. Deleted the old rewards app.

Yeah I deleted the old apps both then redownloaded after it didn't initially work. Still isn't working though. Hm

It didnt even ask me to delete the old direct app. Just said to update it. I’m on an iPhone.

Yeah, I just did the update. Didn't work. So deleted Rewards, didn't work. So deleted Direct and redownloaded it, and still won't work. Guess I'll have to try a few other things.

Can't login or reset my pw on my account

My brother can login no problem.

I think I figured it out.

I originally had a very simple password and could not login and my brother had a complex one and could login fine.

I think they increased the minimum password strength requirements so you guys that can't login probably did not meet the minimum strength after the update.

Click on Forgot Password and open the email to reset your password. I am not sure of their exact requirements but try to reset your password and use at least:

* 1 capital letter
* at least 8 characters
* at least 1 number
* at least 1 special character (ex. @#$^@#$)

Let me know if it works! :)

Did a reset to include all that, stil get the something went wrong error.

same boat! done this 3 times now with 3 different passwords and have not been able to get in. will wait a few days and try then...if not then going to have to make the dreaded call to panini..

i imagine there are a few glitches that need to be worked out on this new site

I couldn't sign in so I used the 'Forgot Password' link and still couldn't sign in. Tried again and still nothing. Third time I used my original password and for some reason it worked.. :confused:
