View Full Version : Problems Downloading New Panini App

Hi all:

Ive tried logging on the the updated app this morning and forgot my password. After several failed attempts I clicked the forgot password and updated it. Now as I try logging on instead of the incorrect pw error that i was receiving, i now see a something went wrong error. I tried typing in a bad password and itd tel me error incorrect pw after changing multiple times so i know im not locked out.

Is anybody else having this issue?

You try removing the app and reinstalling it?

I'm having the same issue. Getting the error "something went wrong. Please try again later"

FWIW the new app sucks. Way too much going on with it.

Yup, tried that and got same error and tried changing pw again on newy downloaded app and got the same error

I have the something went wrong error, decided to call Panini myself to see what was going on, got a very nice guy who asked me for a screenshot of it and said others have the same issue. They're trying to figure out what went wrong on their end, they said there will be a few updates along the way just fixing little things.

Yup same issue for me. Its so strange that they merged two apps where we had different logins for each into one. I hope this gets fixed before the next FOTL drop or the silver pack optic drop on rewards

Where do you go for redemptions now?

I went to the support pull down and hit open ticket.. then click on redemptions. It then takes you to a site that looks similar to the one that used to exist for redemptions

Same here.. I made the mistake of resetting my password. Called customer support and they fwd'd me to a rep who sent me a pw reset again. The new pw is invalid and my old password still kind of works? I still have the same error message.. "Something went wrong.."

Its an iphone X. Im gonna try logging on a computer later maybe thatll do the trick

Same issue as well. Reset password like 5 times, still doesn’t work. I thought it was just me, but I guess not

Anyone have the same issue as me? I used to link 2 reward account to the same email address only login with 2 different username now how do I see second account with 1 email address login?

Just got an e-mail update from them and seems and all is fixed. Was able to log in and see my points, order history, etc, yay!

Mine works now!! Thanks for the update.. first thing i did when i logged on and saw all those buttons- log off until i have more coffee
