FS/FT: 1998-99 SPx Finite Base and Radiance Starter Set

In my pursuit of completing this set I’ve acquired a bunch of duplicates. Looking for $40 DLVD. If trading, it's $55 TV and I’d like to trade for five or fewer cards. As is the norm with this set, many of the cards are around EX-MT condition. I sold the base part, but the Radiance is still available. See below for everything that’s included.
