I've been poking around Panini's useless website for the last 1/2 hour or so trying to figure out what to do regarding one of the worst misprints I have personally ever seen.
I opened 1 box of Prizm Fast Break from the LCS I picked up today when I got home earlier this afternoon. Didn't pull anything huge but did well with base rookies - Luka and Ayton were both in the box - and the numbered cards were of some guys who sell okay (Duncan, Webber, Lin).
Anyway, when I looked closer at the Luka there was a serious misprint issue.
The entire outline of his body, some of the edges and the RC Shield is all off. Look at the pic below and you wil see the outline of the RC Shield sits a good 1/4 inch off from where the actual RC Shield is on the card (sorry for the low quality pic).

In the box, 28 of the 90 cards in the box are like this :doh:
The only thing I could find on the website was a screen that would make me input every single card, which I don't think I should have to do.
My question is - do anyone know if an actual email address exists so I can contact a person about this issue? Obviously this isn't a huge dollar amount but the two best cards from the Box (Ayton is like this too) are screwed up so this isn't right.
Maybe if I get an actual person, I can also ask about the 9 redemptions I have open, some of which are from 2014 :mad:
