Is anyone else having issues trying to check the status of their panini redemptions. All the links that I was given say the OOPS PAGE NOT FOUND. I have tried even to find the login site to look at my account and that is now gone. I am missing something or what is going on...

It’s still available. I checked mine the other day. I’m on my phone, otherwise I’d help you out. I’m sure someone will post soon to help out.

still an issue today...........what did they do? did they just decide at some point over the weekend to do away with redemption's? wouldn't surprise me. i can't find the redemption link at all, to either check on my redemption's or redeem new redemption's. I checked a couple weeks ago and everything was fine, but something has changed at some point over the past couple weeks.

It is not an ISSUE, goodness gracious. I’ve been biting my tongue on this thread, but you guys are getting ridiculous. The answer is in this thread on post #3. Is it poorly designed and difficult to find? Absolutely, but it is not an issue, the redemption page is available.

Here is how to do it when on mobile
1. login to store
2. click support
3. click check ticket status
4. login to your ticket account
Mine is completely fine, using the link then click check status, it will basically take you back to the old login screen.

Trust me, I know it's not hard to do, just isn't currently working:
The webpage at https://custserv.paniniamerica.net/CustServ/desktop.cfm?page=new-case&ct=3 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Probably user error...

I just used the link you provided to login and it worked just fine for me.

You guys know Panini consolidated their sites into one, right?
If you are really struggling and don't want to take a few minutes to figure it out yourself... TRY GOOGLE!!! You need to go the new site and log in...then spend a few minutes looking around.

Another issue I noticed. I received two update emails regarding live redemptions yesterday. The links in both emails were broken. They should fix that.

Same problem here. I can't find my old redemptions which belong to my old panini account. I remember I use two different accounts, one for rewards and one for redemption.
Then#@I#@sent an email to#@cs at paniniamerica. net, but they#@cant#@help.#@
They asked me to send the same email to#@ Cswebsupport at paniniamerica. net , but almost#@2 weeks passed, still no reply.
